Oxbow Estate Small Batch White

Really digging the grassy/funk in this one. Pungent nose that's a great sipper or in a cocktail. Might have to daily it in on a cocktail as this one could be overpowering

Tried it at the distillery on a tour. It was smooth and clean, little in the way of specific flavors. I think it would make a fine mixing rum for cocktails needing light rum. Not enough complexity for routine sipping.
