Appearance: clear
Aroma: the nose reminds me of mezcal
Flavor: smoke, fire, sweet, pineapple
Notes: this is a fierce rum, in the best way. I think I'd sip it with a bit of ice. I'm reminded of the mezcals I tried in El Paso.

Tasted at the Coral Club on 6-16-24. Wonderful fresh dough aroma. Big charanda notes. Pours clear. It does indeed bring the heat. However, it mellows in a rum fire manner. Blend of apricots, plantains and black pepper. Yum!
